Brian Biro

Brian Biro, who was ranked the # 1 speaker at four consecutive INC. Magazine International Conferences, has amazed audiences everywhere with his dynamic presentations, which focus on leadership, teamwork, motivation and creativity.

While many speakers are known for being lively, few have the ability to connect with an audience and transfer their enthusiasm like Brian.

At the 2010 Tennessee Valley Public Power Association, the wise, bubbly motivational speaker was, as always, a huge hit.  Creed Crowder, the TVPPA’s conferences director was blown away – here’s what he wrote in a letter to Brian:

“As expected, you did a fabulous job for us with your energetic presentation, giving attendees advice and principles they can apply in all aspects of leadership.  On top of that, I’ve come to know that you care about and are genuinely interested in everyone you meet.  I consider you an excited missionary, changing lives for the better, from a stage, in a book, on the telephone, and through every other communications medium.  I will recommend you highly, without reservation.”

Brian’s most requested speaking topics are Beyond Success, Breakthrough Leadership and The Unstoppable Spirit.

Jim Johnson

On February 15, 2006, Jason McElwain, the autistic team manager of the Greece Athena High School basketball team, was inserted into a game and famously scored 20 points, including six three-pointers, and quickly became a national celebrity.

The man who made the kind gesture of putting Jason into the game, coach Jim Johnson, has created a heart-warming presentation about Jason, the team’s magical season and his moving experiences as a coach titled, Dreams Really Do Come True.

At a recent event held for the Rochester Transportation Council, the leadership speaker had a stirring impact on his audience.

Here’s what one client had to say –

“Jim was terrific last night.  Everyone was riveted by his inspiring and passionate speech.  I had many people come up to meet him afterward and express their pleasure with his presentation.  He contributed greatly to a highly successful event.  One of the bartenders at the Hyatt (who has been there many years) said that he has seen many speakers, including Tony Robbins and other big name speakers, and felt Jim was one of the best ever.”

From his life and coaching experiences, Jim has become an expert on leadership and teambuilding, and for the past few years, he has been sharing his inspirational stories with audiences around the country.

In addition to Dreams Really Do Come True, Jim’s most requested topics include Teamwork That Makes The Dream Work and Leadership That Makes Your Dreams Come True.

Danny Cox

At a Ford production plant, motivational speaker Danny Cox talked to 200 employees and suppliers about leadership and teamwork.

Here are a few main ideas from his program -

  • “Great leaders work on the #1 priority. When finished, they don’t go to #2 but to the NEW #1 and so on down the list.”
  • His signature story – “If you’ve got a frog to swallow, don’t look at it too long and if there’s more than one, swallow the biggest one first.”
  • “Habit’s goal is to freeze you at your current level of confidence, which makes for repeated yesterdays.”
  • “Keep your people informed on new ideas. They love to feel ‘in’ on anything new.”

These themes resonated with the Ford plant manager, who made the following comments:

“Now each morning we have a quality meeting.  We search for the plant’s biggest “frog” and assign a team to go to work on it to solve it permanently.  Then we select a new #1.”

“Signs are going up all over the plant reminding us to break old habits and try new things.”

“A plant-wide communication meeting is scheduled to reveal new ideas and directions.  On the stage with me will be a frog mascot (costumed) and an 18-foot blow up frog.  The enthusiasm is building!  [Danny was] right on the money.”

Danny has earned a place in the National speaker Association Hall of Fame and is one of only twenty speakers elected to the distinguished Speakers Roundtable, an elite group of the most popular keynote speakers in North America.  He speaks on a variety of topics relating to leadership, motivation, sales and teamwork.
