This investment option opens up the door to a powerful suite of coaching services to the speaker, trainer or consultant who needs to have the learning curve accelerated but whose current business volume limits the amount they can invest at this time. The value in this option is in the baseline assessment, a set of written goals and objectives for the participant (including accountability measures), quarterly check ups with our coaching staff and a subscription to our coaching newsletter. Participants will always have the opportunity to invest in one-on-one time on an as needed basis.
As a Level 1 coaching client you will receive:

These cutting edge surveys are the same ones we use with clients like PricewaterhouseCoopers, Merck Pharmaceuticals and many more to help them assess their top professionals. After completion of the survey you will get a one hour personal one-on-one debriefing of the results focusing on areas of personal strength we will want to maximize in growing your career as well as areas where there is opportunity for growth.
- We
will assess your current level of performance in the Five
Areas of Focus and offer specific feedback on:
- What are your areas of strength?
- What areas need improvement?
- Specific goals and objectives.
- A timeline for implementation and execution.
- A program for encouraging you and keeping you accountable
- One
of our experienced staff members will review all goals and
objectives on a quarterly basis and recommend additional
strategies based on your progress and market conditions at
the time of review.
- You
will automatically be subscribed to our "coaching" e-zine
that will bring you valuable insight on a monthly basis.
This e-zine will be covering the Five Areas of Focus in
depth and will not only feature information from our
coaching staff but will also include articles from the best
speakers, trainers and consultants in the industry. This
will be a real "nuts and bolts" e-zine with practical ideas
and real world "to-do's" that will help build your career.
- You
will have an early registration opportunity to attend our
career builder workshops and a discounted registration fee.
- You
will always be able to apply the investment you make toward
an upgrade to our Level 2 coaching program on a prorated
basis.

Level 2
This program is designed for the speaker who already has some level of success as a professional who receives all or a large portion of their income by speaking. This program will also be an excellent choice for the individual who is already successful in business, celebrities, noted authors, athletes...anyone who is positioned to leverage their current status through speaking. This strategy can enhance your existing career and/or provide for a healthy income as a new career opportunity.
As a Level 2 coaching client you will receive:

comprehensive assessment of your current business.
- A

cutting edge surveys are the same ones we use with clients
like Toyota, Merck Pharmaceuticals, PricewaterhouseCoopers,
and many more to help them assess their top professionals.
After completion of the survey you will get a one hour
personal one-on-one debriefing of the results focusing on
areas of personal strength we will want to maximize in
growing your career as well as areas where there is
opportunity for growth.
- A 4
hour block of personal one-on-one coaching time with our
senior staff members where we will assess your current level
of performance in the Five Areas of Focus and offer
specific feedback on:
- What are your areas of strength
- What areas need improvement
- Specific goals and objectives
- A timeline for implementation and execution
- A program for encouraging you and keeping you accountable
- You
will have 24/7/365 access (within reason) to our coaching
staff to answer questions you have come up regarding your
important career decisions.
- Our
senior staff members will review all goals and objectives on
a quarterly basis and recommend additional strategies based
on your progress and market conditions at the time of
review.
- You
will be able to participate in our monthly teleconferences
delivered by not only our experienced staff members but also
noted subject matter experts from the speaking, training and
consulting world. Can't make the session? A tape and/or CD
of the teleconference will be sent to every Level 2 coaching
client.
- You
will automatically be subscribed to our "coaching" e-zine
