Who inspires you?
I find inspiration from many different
people but those who can effectively multi-task really impress and
inspire me.
When you were a kid, what did you want
to do when you grew up?
Teach grammar school but alas I ended up with a major in
accounting.

up?

moment? ‘Don’t

Living in NC opened me up to the world of country music.

the weekend? Run my
dog, spend time with my family and cook (eat

at Five Star? The
people!
If you could be any animal which would
it be? Dog – mine in
particular because she lives a very spoiled life.

would it be?
Porsche, convertible of course
What keeps you going?
The need to feel productive and accomplished.

Wine – chardonnay at the moment.
What is your favorite food?
I love a good Italian meal but also enjoy
Thai and sushi.

None (knocking on wood now).

Angel food cake with fresh strawberries.
Favorite vacation spot?
Any place warm and sunny with sand and ocean.

Dark with caramel…mmmmm…
