MOST REQUESTED TOPIC:
Transforming People Who Whine Into People Who Shine
Our thoughts create our lives and our words indicate what we are thinking.  If we are complaining, it is evidence of negative thinking
Extensive research has found that complaining is harmful to a person's health, relationships and careers.  Most importantly, complaining keeps us focused on the problems at hand rather than looking for potential solutions.   People complain for one of 5 reasons: (1) To get attention (2) To remove themselves from responsibility for an issue (3) To brag (4) To have power over others (5) To excuse poor performance.  In this program, you will learn:

  1. To understand the detrimental effects of complaining
  2. To identify why you and others complain and to discern the underlying need behind each complaint
  3. How to give up complaining and, as a result, become more positive, affable, harmonious and productive
