Mitzi DulanMitzi Dulan, RD, CSSD, is a highly-regarded expert in the field of sports nutrition, exercise, and wellness. A frequently requested speaker, she is a Registered Dietitian, Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics, certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine, and specialist in nutritional counseling. Mitzi was in private practice in San Francisco for several years specializing in sports nutrition, personal fitness, and wellness. She now resides in Kansas City. Mitzi is currently the nutritionist for the Kansas City Chiefs Football Team and the Kansas City Royals Baseball Team. In 2001, Mitzi was awarded Outstanding Young Dietitian of the Year by the California Dietetic Association. She is currently serving on the Executive Board of the Nutrition Entrepreneurs dietetic practice group as the Director of Member Services and has previously held the positions of Director of Public Relations and Marketing and as the Mid-Career Mentoring Coordinator for the Bay Area District Dietitians. Mitzi was recently awarded the Entrepreneur of the Year for the College of Human Ecology at Kansas State University. An athlete herself, Mitzi enjoys running, playing tennis, mountain biking, weight training, yoga, swimming and she has completed a triathlon.
